Effective date: July 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of claimscoalition.com, the website of the Total Claim Alliance (“TCA”, “the alliance”, “we”). By using the site, applying for membership, or engaging a professional found here, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
Claimscoalition.com is a professional directory and membership network for property claims and disaster recovery professionals. Directory listings are created by member businesses. The alliance reviews applications for admission but is not a party to any engagement between you and a member.
2. Directory listings and referrals
Listing information (trades, specialties, service areas, licenses, credentials, years in business) is provided by the member. Admission review is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any member’s work, licensure, or insurance. Before hiring any professional, independently verify licensure with the relevant state authority and request current proof of insurance. Any referral or routing of inquiries through the alliance is an introduction, not a recommendation, and TCA assumes no liability for work performed by members.
3. Membership
Membership requires an application, agreement to the member pledge, and review by the alliance. Paid tiers bill monthly or annually through the site; current pricing is shown on the Membership page. You may cancel at any time from your member account; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period except where required by law. The alliance may decline applications and may suspend or revoke membership for conduct that violates the member pledge, these terms, or applicable law. If membership is revoked for cause, unused dues are not refunded.
4. Reviews and member content
Reviews, blog posts, and library contributions must be truthful, first-hand, and lawful. Reviews are moderated and appear only after approval. By submitting content you grant TCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the site and in alliance media, with attribution. We may edit for format or decline to publish. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, licensure, or insurance; scrape or harvest directory data; interfere with the operation of the site; or use the site to send spam or unlawful communications. We may remove content and restrict access to protect the site and its members.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content (other than member content), and the Total Claim Alliance, Coalition of Property Claims Professionals, and Disaster Recovery Trades Council names and marks belong to the alliance. Do not use them without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCA’s total liability arising out of the site or membership is limited to the amounts you paid to TCA in the twelve months before the claim arose, and TCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from work performed by members you engage.
8. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify TCA against claims arising from their listings, their content, or work they perform for clients found through the site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the alliance grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
