This is a three-layer institutional network. Each layer has a distinct role, a defined audience, and a clear boundary. They are connected by purpose, not by hierarchy alone.

Total Claim Alliance: the front door

TCA is the community and education platform. It is where most people enter the network. It builds awareness, runs events, hosts industry media, and delivers member-facing education. TCA is the town square.

Coalition of Property Claims Professionals: the authority layer

CPCP is the formal institutional umbrella. It sets professional standards, publishes position papers, and engages with regulators and carriers. CPCP is where the profession gets its voice of record. Think of it as city hall. Its standing committees cover standards, ethics, education, and research.

Disaster Recovery Trades Council: the field layer

DRTC is the practitioner council inside CPCP. It represents contractors, estimators, public adjusters, and related trades doing real work in the field. It organizes members geographically through regional chapters and connects them through a professional directory and co-op marketing platform. Each chapter is led by a Chapter Governor and organized around the real disaster risks of its region.

The brand logic in one line

TCA builds awareness. CPCP publishes authority. DRTC organizes practitioners. People enter through TCA, credibility is conferred by CPCP, and practical work happens inside DRTC chapters.
