Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026. This policy describes what information Total Claim Alliance (“TCA”, “we”) collects on claimscoalition.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Membership applications: name, email, phone, business details, trades and specialties, service area, license number, and any references or documents you attach.
- Contact messages: your name, email, and the message you send.
- Accounts and membership: login details, membership level, and order history for paid tiers.
- Usage data: standard hosting logs and aggregate statistics (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by our host, WordPress.com (Automattic), and session cookies used for login.
How we use it
To review applications, operate the directory and membership program, process payments for paid tiers, respond to inquiries, and send membership-related email. We do not sell personal information.
What is public by design
The directory is a public listing service. Once a member’s listing is approved, the business information in it (business name, trades, specialties, service area, credentials, and any content the member adds to their profile) is displayed publicly. Personal application details that are not part of the listing stay private.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting by WordPress.com/Automattic, form processing, email delivery, and payment processing for paid tiers) and where required by law.
Retention and your choices
Application records are kept while your application or membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can update your details from your member account, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information through the contact page. Marketing email, when it exists, will include an unsubscribe link.
Children
The site is for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
