The Redwood Circuit

Vetted disaster recovery professionals for San Francisco, the Bay Area, and coastal Northern California — organized around the risks this region actually lives with.

Built for Northern California’s risk reality. Coastal and Northern California stack risks most regions never see together: seismic exposure across dense urban cores, wildfire at the urban edge, and one of the most demanding regulatory environments in the country. Recovery work here means permits, standards, and documentation at a level that flattens unprepared contractors — and a claims environment where insurers have tightened underwriting hard after years of catastrophic wildfire losses.

What this chapter is. The Redwood Circuit is the Disaster Recovery Trades Council’s Northern California chapter, anchored in San Francisco. Its members are restoration contractors, public adjusters, estimators, and specialty trades who work earthquake, fire, water, and smoke losses in this territory — and who have applied, signed the alliance pledge, and been reviewed before appearing in the directory.

For property owners. When you search the alliance directory, you are not scrolling an open listing service. Every professional in it was admitted through review. Search by trade, specialty, and location, and verify licenses independently — we insist on that even for our own members.

For professionals. If you work claims in Northern California, this is your chapter: local peers inside a national network, a profile you control, referrals routed through the alliance, and a chapter voice in the standards conversation through the Coalition of Property Claims Professionals.
