What this chapter is. The Cascadia Compact is the Disaster Recovery Trades Council’s chapter for Oregon and Washington, anchored in Seattle. Members are drying and remediation contractors, rebuilders, estimators, and claims professionals across the I-5 corridor and beyond — each admitted by application and review. This is also the alliance’s home chapter: the Total Claim Alliance operates from Bend, Oregon.
